01 — The problem

Every right starts with a form.

To access support such as the AAH, RQTH or PCH, people apply through their MDPH, then follow their file until a decision is made.

Each procedure has its own steps, forms and wording. HandiGuide explains them one step at a time, in plain language, helps people keep track of where their file stands, and points to the official sources behind every piece of guidance.

The vocabulary, decoded

Departmental disability officeMaison départementale des personnes handicapées
AAH
